Our products labelled Gluten Free are made using ingredients that are sourced as gluten free and selected to meet the requirements of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code, including containing no detectable gluten.
We operate a completely separate production area for our gluten free products and use dedicated gluten-free equipment and utensils. This separation is intentional and reflects our full understanding of the seriousness of coeliac disease and gluten-related reactions.
Gluten free products are produced independently from our other mixes. All equipment, utensils, and surfaces used in gluten free production are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised in accordance with our allergen management procedures. These processes are regularly observed and approved by health officials.
We maintain detailed batch records and full ingredient traceability for every product we produce. This enables us to review all raw ingredients used in a specific batch and, where required, to work closely with our suppliers to investigate any potential upstream issues, including accidental contamination prior to ingredients arriving at our facility.
While extensive care is taken at every stage of production, individuals with coeliac disease or severe gluten intolerance should consider their own medical advice when consuming food products.
