Ordering

To access wholesale pricing, you’ll need an approved wholesale account.

Please activate your account [HERE] before placing your first order. Once approved, you’ll be able to view wholesale prices and purchase directly through our website.

If you have any issues accessing your account, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Deliveries & Dispatch

Once payment has been received, orders are usually dispatched within 24 business hours (unless otherwise advised).

If you have an approved credit account, your order will be dispatched in line with your agreed payment terms.

All orders are shipped Australia-wide using trusted courier partners. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping promotions may apply to selected packs or during special wholesale offers.


Payments

An invoice will be sent to your nominated email address once your order is placed. A copy will also be included with your delivery.

Payment is required prior to dispatch unless you have an approved credit account.

We accept payment via:

  • Direct Deposit

  • Credit / Debit Card

Please ensure your invoice number is used as the payment reference.


Credit Accounts

Approved 7-day and 30-day credit accounts are available after your initial order.

To apply, please submit a credit application [HERE].

Applications are subject to review and approval. Supporting documentation may be required.

Late payments may result in accounts being placed on hold.


Returns, Damages & Missing Items

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

To assist us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.


Product Shelf Life & Storage

All products supplied through our wholesale store have an approximate shelf life of 24 months, unless otherwise stated.

This extended shelf life allows stockists to order with confidence, minimise waste, and improve cash flow.

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain quality.


Suggested Retail Pricing

We recommend a standard retail markup of approximately 2x–2.5x wholesale pricing.

This allows stockists to achieve strong margins while remaining competitive.

You are welcome to set your own retail pricing.


Stock Availability

All wholesale packs and products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with suitable alternatives or options.

We love supporting our wholesale partners.

Stockists may receive:

  • Marketing assets

  • Product education

  • Launch support

Exclusivity

We do not currently offer territory exclusivity.
