Credit Application

To apply for a 30-day credit account, please complete the form below and submit all required supporting documentation, including valid photo identification.

Applicants must have previously placed and successfully paid at least one wholesale order with The Milk Pantry before being considered for credit approval.

All credit accounts are subject to assessment and approval at our discretion and will only be activated once approved in writing.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Until approval is confirmed, all orders must be placed on standard terms with payment required prior to dispatch.
