How Our Products Work

Our products contain carefully selected ingredients known as galactogogues — foods traditionally used to support breast milk production.

Key ingredients include:

  • Brewer’s yeast

  • Organic flaxseed meal

  • Organic oats

These ingredients may help support the hormone prolactin, which plays a role in milk production. Many mums find our products helpful as part of a balanced, well-nourished breastfeeding routine.

We recommend most mums enjoy 1–4 serves per day after birth, alongside adequate hydration and nutritious meals.

We source premium brewer’s yeast and ingredients — because quality matters. Not all yeast is the same, and we believe this makes a genuine difference to our products.

Gluten Free Range

Our gluten-free products use a unique brewer’s yeast that is:

  • 100% gluten free

  • Wheat free

  • Free from barley and hops

It remains highly effective as a galactogogue while meeting strict gluten-free standards.

No Fenugreek

We do not use fenugreek in our products. Some babies are sensitive to this ingredient, and it may cause digestive discomfort or feeding disruptions.

Pregnancy & Use During Pregnancy

Milk supply naturally begins after birth. However, some mums choose to use our products in the final weeks of pregnancy and report increased colostrum.

If used during pregnancy, we recommend limiting intake to 1–2 serves per day.

Always consult your healthcare professional before using any supplement during pregnancy.

Returns, Damaged & Defective Items

We replace items that are defective or damaged. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
